Before You Arrive
A few things to know so your experience is perfect from the moment you walk in.
Arrive at your exact session time
Not earlier, not later. Plan for a total visit of ~90 minutes (briefing + gear-up + 45–70 min game + wrap-up).
Wear comfortable clothes
Avoid heavy jewelry, large earrings, or anything that can interfere with the VR headset. Closed-toe shoes strongly recommended.
Age requirement
Minimum age is 13. Players under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Great for families and all skill levels.
Store your phone
Phones, bags, and valuables go in our complimentary lockers before entering the VR area.
No VR experience needed
Our staff will walk you through everything. If you can walk, talk, and grab objects — you have all the skills needed.
Health & accessibility notes
Suitable for pregnant participants. NOT accessible for people with reduced mobility. Not recommended for epilepsy or serious heart conditions. If you have severe vertigo, ask us to recommend the best room for you. Step out anytime if you feel unwell.

- Use the full duration — don't rush the experience

Don'ts
- Don't throw, drop, or swing the VR controllers
- Don't try to walk through virtual walls — real walls exist!
- Don't spoil puzzles for future players
- Don't play if you feel unwell — you can step out at any time
- Don't bring food or drinks into the VR area
- Don't remove the headset mid-session without telling a staff member

No worries! Ubisoft Escape Games are specifically designed to avoid motion sickness. A common trigger for VR sickness comes from bad performance or low frame rate — issues Ubisoft has engineered away. Less than 1% of our players experience motion sickness. Most people who think they can't handle VR had a bad first experience on mobile VR. These are completely different.
